We exist to further sleep education for health professionals, corporations and as a resource for public outreach. We offer a sleep therapy service on an individual or group basis to identify reason for poor sleep and facilitate a range of treatments tailored to specific needs.

What we offer
At Sleep Consultancy Ltd (trading as SleepScience), our mission is to advance understanding of sleep and improve sleep health for healthcare professionals, businesses, and the wider public. Our goal is to serve as a comprehensive resource that promotes awareness and understanding of sleep health.
Sleep is one of life’s three pillars, and yet reliable sleep education is often missing from health training and workplace wellness programmes.
