About us
Sleep Consultancy Ltd is led by three directors whose combined clinical, therapeutic and international experience allows us to respond flexibly to diverse needs across healthcare, education, corporate and hospitality settings. We also support the development of the wider sleep workforce, mentoring health professionals and delivering training that helps others build the skills and confidence to practice as sleep and CBT-I therapists.
We are trusted partners in wellness and hospitality, with programmes developed for organisations including Scottish Parliament, Maggie’s Cancer Support Centres in Scotland, Gleneagles Hotels and The British Army.
We exist to further sleep education for health professionals, corporations and as a resource for public outreach. We offer a sleep therapy service on an individual or group basis to identify reason for poor sleep and facilitate a range of treatments tailored to specific needs.
