Sleep Therapy - what can we offer?

Our bespoke sleep therapy service is designed to empower you with the lifelong tools needed to cultivate a more relaxed and confident relationship with sleep. We understand that everyone’s sleep challenges are unique, which is why we offer a tailored approach. By conducting a detailed health and sleep history, we can collaboratively identify your specific goals and targets, forming the foundation of a personalised treatment plan.

Through our sessions, you will learn to worry less about sleep, recognise and effectively manage stressors that contribute to anxiety, and ultimately, gain the skills to achieve more restful nights. We can also help identify your specific type of insomnia, enabling us to target the most crucial factors for effective treatment. Furthermore, we provide crucial support and guidance for individuals struggling with Sleep Apnoea and the use of their CPAP machine.

The number of sessions required will vary, typically ranging from one to six, or more if necessary, depending on your individual needs. We offer flexible session formats, including one-on-one meetings, Teams or Zoom calls, telephone consultations, and email support. For those unable to attend regular sessions, a combination of telephone and email contact is also available.
